• Find an item that interests you, by browsing the herbs or shop pages.
• Click on the 'buy' link of any product to view its price and forms.
• Select a type and weight of the product before pressing the 'add to order' button.
• When you've finished adding items to your Shopping Cart, click the 'Cart' button, which can be found at the top of every page on our store.

Proceed to Checkout
Take a moment to review all of the items you've placed in your Shopping Cart. If you decide that you don't want to purchase a particular item at this time, you can click the 'delete' link to remove it. When you're ready to place an order for everything listed in your cart, click the "Complete Order" link. You will then be taken to the first page of the order form.

Signing In
If you are an existing customer simply enter your email address, password, and date of birth before pressing 'continue' to proceed. If you are a new customer, then you must enter your email address, requested password twice and date of birth. This will register you as a customer with Maya and you won't have to enter your shipping details and preferences again.

Enter Shipping Details
Enter your name, and the address that you want the order to be sent to making sure to verify all is correct before proceeding. We would prefer a phone number aswell incase we need to contact you for any reason.

Select a Payment Method
Let us know how you are going to be paying for the order by choosing your payment method. We currently accept Visa, bank transfer or cash. We do not accept cheques or money orders at all.

Review Your Order
Check the items listed in your order and make sure you are happy with it before pressing 'continue' to proceed to the final order page.

Submit the Order
After reading and agreeing with the disclaimer shown, press the 'submit order' button. One your order is placed, you will recieve a confirmation email. We will send you another email whenever your order is actually shipped.

The way to ensure your cookies are working varies from browser to browser. For example, Netscape allows you to change the settings to accept cookies by clicking Preferences on the Edit drop-down menu, then choosing Advanced and adjusting the settings in the Cookies box.

If you are using Internet Explorer, click the Tools drop-down menu, then click "Internet Options..." Click the Security tab, and then click the Custom Level button. Click the radio buttons next to Enable beneath both "Allow cookies that are stored on your computer" and "Allow per-session cookies (not stored)." This should enable your browser to accept cookies.

If you are seeing an 'Internal Server Error 500' somewhere within the ordering system (or website), then please contact us immediately including the URL and what you were attempting to do when it happened. Occasionally with ongoing development work on the site this may occur from time to time.

If, for some reason, you are unsure about placing your order or have any queries about the process before proceeding please do get in touch.

It is not uncommon for a request for credit card authorization to fail once or twice before the card is finally authorized. We will send you an e-mail if we experience difficulties in authorizing your credit card.

Western Union
You can wire the payment to us online, using most popular creditcards, or from your local bank or exchange office using cash. Please note, that due to the constant fluctuation of the Euro against the Dollar, Western Union payments should be made in Euro (fixed currency). Therefore, do make sure we receive the total amount in Euro and not in Dollars. After doing so, please email us your full name, ordernumber, and the MTCN transfer number.

Bank Transfer
You can transfer the funds directly to our bank account using the information which you will receive when ordering. Please make sure you transfer the total amount in EURO currency only.

When your account is active, and you want to send us payment for your order using their service, please send us an email first, so we can give you instructions.

Cash
We accept cash payments in US dollars and all European currencies. At the day of payment, please use the exchange rate converter on this website, to convert the grand total to your own currency. Please make sure to include only bank notes and send it as registered and insured mail, as we accept no responsibility for money getting lost in the post.

Please make sure when submitting payment that you include the ID of the order that it relates to.

Goods are usually shipped within one or two business days after receiving your payment. Delivery takes a week for European orders, or up to 2 weeks for International orders. Please note that international shipping costs are very low for orders with a maximum total weight of 1 kg.

Please note that this is totally normal postal practice, and you shouldn't worry about having to go and collect it. Some people seem to think that they must be in some kind of trouble because they have to sign for or collect a parcel, but this is simply not the case.
